Natasha and Daniel Dumais are a seriously talented couple! Founders and directors of Melbourne multi disciplinary branding agency Magnetic by day, and parents by night, this couple have also found the time and energy to reinvent the cot and create a unique and über chic range of nursery furniture.
Born out of an inability to find funky, contemporary furniture to welcome the arrival of their first child, Natasha, a graphic designer, and Daniel, a master of business logistics, launched ubabub.
The range is not just beautiful, its practical. Three years of design and development have ensured compliance with the highest safety standards, timber is sourced from renewable plantations and the cots transform from a bassinet to a cot and then into a junior bed.
Tash says she is strongly influenced by Danish and Scandanavian design and the couple love architecture and design from the Mid Century Modern era. Tash is passionate about colour, prints, and patterns, but mostly she is passionate about her three adorable daughters who have product tested all objects in the ubabub range, making this a true family business.
The couple are looking forward to the launch of a number of great new ideas that are currently in the creative incubator at ubabub.
